Reliable 'client-focused' transportation. We throw 'fare-focused' out the window.

At Reliable Care Rides, we believe transportation should be more than just a ride. We’re committed to being reliable when it matters, consistent in the care we provide, and serving every passenger with heart.
Guided by our motto, Empower Through Access, we envision a community where everyone—regardless of age, ability, or circumstance—can access the places, services, and connections that matter most to them.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)—rides to and from essential healthcare appointments like doctor visits, dialysis, or physical therapy. NEMT is for people who cannot access their medical appointments using regular transportation. While we do have wheelchair vans, we do not provide stretcher, gurney, or ambulance transport at this time. We can connect you with trusted local providers, like Alaska Medical Transport, if you need those services. NEMT is considered a priority service, meaning these rides are scheduled first to ensure clients can get to and from their medical care on time.

We offer secure prescription pick-up and delivery for clients who are unable to get to the pharmacy themselves, helping you stay on top of your medications without worrying about transportation.
Please note: paperwork must be completed before we can provide prescription delivery.
Pharmacies or similar vendors interested in contracting prescription delivery services are encouraged to contact us to discuss partnership opportunities.
Please reach us at reliablecarerides@pm.me if you cannot find an answer to your question.
